At The Mane Sipper, we specialize in delivering high-quality mobile bartending services for both social and business events. Our versatile mobile bar is designed to meet all your beverage needs, ensuring a delightful drinking experience for your guests at any special occasion. We are a dry hire service, like most mobile bars, meaning our customers purchase the alcohol.


Whether it’s a wedding, birthday celebration, family gathering, or a corporate event, our fully equipped mobile bar brings the complete bar and cocktail catering experience to you. We offer a wide range of services, including cocktails, mocktails (non-alcoholic), and premium beer and wine, guaranteeing your guests will rave about the experience at your next event. Our Packages and Pricing


ALWAYS INCLUDED:

  • 4 Hours of Service - Packages are for up to (4) hours of bar service and (1) Hour of Setup & (1) Hour of Breakdown. (Don’t worry - you can add more time!)
  • Daily Rental of Mobile Bar - (6) Hour Rental, Delivery, and Setup.
  • Staff - Tennessee Certified Bartenders + bar kits.
  • Ice Concierge - Ice, Coolers, and Ice Buckets.
  • Garnishes & Mixers - for your 2 signature cocktails
  • Disposables - Cups, napkins, straws, and garbage bags.
  • Menu - Custom designed to match your event colors/details, with illustrated cocktails. Printed & standing on the bar.
  • Decor-Custom designed decor to match your event colors/details.
  • Access to TV-TV has a variety of uses including picture slideshow, music, sports game, etc.
  • Grass Photo Wall with Neon Sign-can be set up to match event decor 
  • Alcohol Order Support - We'll help with alcohol order facilitation via a shopping list.
  • Travel - 75 miles roundtrip from 37801 is included with all packages. (charge for mileage after 75 miles)
  • Insurance - General Liability & Liquor Liability Insurance, which also includes coverage for your venue & unlimited additional insureds.

Mocktails

Hosting a dry event? That doesn't mean your beverages have to lack excitement! Allow us to assist you in crafting some delightful mocktails that will tantalize taste buds. We'll customize the menu specifically for you!

Satellite Bar and/or Bartenders Only

  • We can provide our satellite bar for smaller events!
  • If your venue already has a bar setup, we can provide just our bartenders!

How It Works

  • 1. Inquiry

    Whether you email us or (preferably) submit an inquiry via our “Contact Us” form, the very first step is for your to reach out and tell us about your event! You’ll also have an opportunity to schedule a call with us to discuss the specifics of your ideal beverage experience.

  • 2. Proposal

    Based on the information you provide in your inquiry and/or phone consultation, we’ll assemble a package and pricing information for you to review.

  • 3. Contract and Deposit

    Once you are 100% excited about your planned beverage experience, you’ll sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit. After you’ve done these two things your date will officially be reserved and you’ll have booked The Mane Sipper for your event!

  • 4.Tasting and Consultation

    All of our craft cocktail packages require an in-person tasting and pre-event consultation, but don’t worry, it’s the best part of the whole planning process! Packages without cocktails can choose to do an optional beer/wine tasting, or skip the tasting and just do the pre-event consultation. The consultation is where we finalize details, align expectations, clarify any last questions, and finally get to see each other face to face!

  • 6. Event Execution

    We show up two hours before beverage service is set to begin, receive the alcohol order, and get set up. Then, come event time, we serve you and your guests the beverage experience you dreamed of! It’s that easy!

FAQ

Do you provide all the necessary equipment and supplies?

Absolutely, we supply all essential bar equipment and supplies, such as glassware, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Operating as a dry hire, we place the responsibility of alcohol purchases in the hands of our clients. This means that YOU are in control of what you spend on alcohol, and we can’t (and won’t) upcharge you for any of it! Our mobile bar is fully equipped to provide an outstanding bar service experience.

What are your payment options?

We offer flexible payment options and can provide a detailed quote after discussing your event requirements.

Do you provide bartenders?

Yes, our services include professional bartenders who are not only experienced and trained to provide excellent service but are also fully insured for your peace of mind.

Do you require power?

Yes, but we’ve got options. We need a standard 120v outlet, or we can add a small, quiet generator to your package for an additional fee depending on needs.

 


Can you create a custom drink menu?

Absolutely! We can work with you to create a custom drink menu tailored to your event.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve a wide geographic area, including Middle and East Tennessee. Our mobile bar can travel to various locations to accommodate your event needs. For specific details about your event location, please contact us directly. We’re here to help with any questions you may have!
